I’m Holli, a career coach with a passion for empowering young women as they enter the workforce. Having navigated a career that took me from the supermarket floor to the Pilates studio to corporate gal life, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build confidence, find purpose, and make impactful decisions no matter the industry or career stage.
The business world I entered was vastly different from the one my mentors experienced, with social media and technology adding new complexities to the job search process. Submitting resumes only to have them rejected by AI-powered bots was a challenge my mentors just couldn’t relate to.
That’s why my mission is to help young women leverage modern resources to create a career path that feels right—unique, empowering, and aligned with their goals. I’m here to provide the guidance and support I wish I had when I was first starting out.
